Always a reliable place to get a nice cup of coffee or espresso drink along with pastries, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches. The service is prompt and friendly. Try them out rather than the ubiquitous chain with redundant locations in the area. Open at 6a, so perfect for grabbing something to go watch the sunrise at Good Harbor down the road.

I go here at least 4x a week, I always have a 10 month old and 3 year old, so I love that they have a drive through and healthy food. I usually grab a iced caramel macchiato, soup/wrap/or breakfast sandwich, and cookie to share with my 3 year old. The owner is funny and so nice, and I appreciate that he remembers me. The other workers are always pleasant and helpful. Their food and coffee is addictive!!!! I love this place.

Always a pleasure to walk into CapeAnn Coffee. Everything is freshly made and very clean looking. I’m GF & DF so they have options. I order ahead to get the no cheese on the quiche. It’s nice and moist and delicious veggie option. They have about 6-8 small round tables to sit and relax and also outside seating with umbrellas. Also have a drive thru for convenience They have lots of tea options which is what I love. Thank you CAC for being a local business to enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee with some pleasant goodies to go along with sharing with a friend or two. 💜❤️💜❤️🎶🎼😅😅

Best iced coffee in Gloucester! Soups are so good! My Gram loves the tuna and I love the turkey sandwich. The drive thru is very convenient.

I would happily have lunch here every day. Best tuna sandwich, amazing chowders, addictive lemon squares, happy hometown crowd. Good Harbor Beach just down the street. (The scattering of persnickety negative reviews here are hilarious!)

Really good breakfast sandwiches and baked goods. I only go here for breakfast sandwiches, so I don't know what the rest of the menu is like. But their breakfast sandwiches are my favorite in town and if the rest of the menu is as good as that, it's pretty good.

Cute shop with a drive thru. Coffee is good, and they have tea and hot chocolate. There's space to dine inside and outside. Parking is limited, but there's parking behind the fence in the back with an open spot to walk through. Might be dog friendly outside, but we took our order to go.

Very nice little cafe, I think the cashier was new so she keyed in the wrong order but the owner didn’t hesitate to change it. There was no iced option for caramel macchiato and I tried to accept the iced version but my stomach wasn’t feeling good so it was really nice when they changed it for me. Really appreciate the good service gesture
